Berend Van Huizen B.Sc. LL.B.  - Barrister, Solicitor, & Notary Public

Ben Van Huizen has been practicing law in the Quinte area since 1976. He is the senior lawyer in the firm. His main area of practice is focused on real estate, serving local builders and developers with their subdivision and condominium developments, land acquisitions and sale of new homes. He also assists farmers, commercial and rental property owners with their real estate needs. He also provides legal services in the areas of corporate, commercial, wills and estates.

Sheron Ward practiced mainly in the area of real estate looking after purchases, mortgages and sales of homes and other properties. She also provided legal services in the area of wills and estates. After practicing law for many years and the last 8 years with the firm, she decided to retire. We wish her all the best and thank her for her dedicated service to her clients and the firm.

Donald W. Desaulniers

Don practiced real estate law in Belleville since the early 1970's as a sole practitioner in his own office in the same building here at 210 Church Street Belleville. He retired on October 1st, 2009 and we have taken over his recent files and are available to his clients to assist them with their legal needs.
